These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LingoLark website (https://lingolark.com), the LingoLark browser extensions and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services") provided by LingoLark ("we," "us," or "our").By installing our Chrome extensions, accessing our website, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or install the Services.1. Description of Services
LingoLark provides language learning tools, including website overlays, interactive translations, vocabulary tracking, flashcards, AI-powered contextual assistance, and pronunciation aids delivered via browser extensions and web applications.2. Eligibility & Account Registration- Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services.
- Account Creation: To access certain premium features or sync your data across devices, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.3. License Grant & Restrictions

- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features or digital rights management tools within the extensions.
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in behavior that violates local or international laws.4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the browser extensions, website design, text, graphics, logos, software, audio, and underlying code, are and will remain the exclusive property of LingoLark and its licensors. User Content & Data- User Data: Our extensions process webpage text to provide contextual translations and learning aids. Your processing preferences, saved words, saved phrases, and history are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Chrome Web Store billing portal. Cancellations apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
